The purchased products are licensed for use on one website and cannot be used on multiple sites.
All products provide a minimum of 1-year guaranteed usage rights. Even if the license duration displayed upon installation on the site may vary, the user is entitled to a 1-year usage right. This applies to products with a license duration of less than 1 year.
As the products available for order on ThemeEagle.com belong to different companies, ThemeEagle.com is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or errors. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted this condition.

Our team will perform the installation manually for WordPress themes and plugins that include the tag “Includes: Manual Installation”. After placing your order, you will need to share your website’s wp-admin login credentials with us so we can perform the installation.
Graphic Design, SEO and Other Tools: To receive delivery of the products you purchased in these categories, you us via WhatsApp. We will get back to you.

The customer cannot directly download and use the purchased products. After completing their order, the customer needs to contact us and share their website's admin login information with us so that we can perform the installation.
In case of any technical support, the customer must share the username and password of an account with administrator privileges on their site.
The customer can only use the purchased products for one site and cannot transfer these products to another domain.
By shopping at ThemeEagle.com, all users are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Since our products are digital, there are no returns or exchanges.
You can use all of our products as described and within the specified time frame unless the relevant company changes its policy.
For products delivered as accounts or keys, compensation is only provided for the first login.
For products delivered as accounts, you must clear your browser’s cookies and data before logging in for the first time, and then change your IP.
If you use a VPN to change your IP, you may have your accounts closed. We strongly advise against using a VPN.
License keys must be used within 12 hours of delivery. The customer is solely responsible for license keys not used within 12 hours.

‘Includes: Manual Installation’ WordPress themes or plugins featuring our team will manually install on your website.
One free installation can be done additionally on the same website.
You can backup your website for security purposes before we do the installation.
We license themes or plugins that have manual installation performed with a 100% Original Lifetime or 1 Year License. However, since we are not the developers, we can only offer you a 1 year guarantee.
No changes or returns can be made on WordPress themes or plugins that we install manually.
You need to make sure you select the correct theme or plugin before purchase.
